Bolt Torquing is about the application of force to produce rotation using standard procedures and techniques that have been established in advance. At BPMech, we provide various services, including bolt torquing and bolt tensioning. Our qualified experts and technicians use proven techniques to put together flange joints. The desired bolt load is obtained as per code and standard. We provide a wide range of tools with tightening force ranging from 290 Nm to 62358 Nm, and bolt tensioning tools with size 1”-3 ½”.

BPMech utilizes efficient software to manage complicated projects. Joint Monitoring software is a database system developed specifically to plan, monitor, control, and provide traceability of flange joints and connections. The software is also helpful for the import and export of data for analysis. With a system to inspect and maintain the operational capacity and ability of the equipment, BPMech maximizes its efficiency in managing projects.

The echo meter ultrasonically measures bolt elongation, stress, and preload stress in bolt tightening accurately. The measurement is achieved by determining the change in the transit time of an ultrasonic shock wave along the length of the tightened fastener.

Our flange-facing equipment possesses a high ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, with differing feed rates to attain the desired surface finish for all kinds of gaskets. All of our machines are pneumatic driven, with their sizes ranging from 12.5 MM to 1650 MM. They are highly portable and are engineered to endure highly challenging environments.
